Refund Policy

We have set rules and processes to provide customer satisfaction.

Thanks for shopping at MySportsFriend. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

The following Refund Policy contains the terms and conditions that govern refunds and credits by MySportsFriend, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, partners, owners, and any other services sold or facilitated by MySportsFriend and constitutes a legal agreement between you (“User”) and MySportsFriend, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, partners, and owners (collectively, “MySportsFriend.com,” the “Company,” “MySportsFriend,” or “MYSF”). Use of the MySportsFriend.com website constitutes acceptance of the MySportsFriend Refund Policy.

This policy supersedes all other refund policy references or statements published, except for the MySportsFriend Terms of Service Agreement (https://www.MySportsFriend.com/termsofserviceagreement). The MySportsFriend Terms of Service Agreement supersedes the MySportsFriend Refund Policy. MYSF reserves the right to add, delete, and/or modify the MySportsFriend Refund Policy at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the MySportsFriend website.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. There are absolutely no refunds on custom-made goods. Other non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.  MYSF reserves the right to deny User refunds or credits for any reason.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
